Your Path
From holistic assessment to your individual treatment concept
Every person is unique – and equally individual are their complaints and physical interconnections. In osteopathy, we view the body as a unit and specifically address the root causes of your complaints. Based on a detailed assessment, we develop a treatment concept individually tailored to you, which places your personal needs and goals at the center.
Holistic Assessment
In a detailed personal consultation and a precise physical examination, we consider your symptoms and your body's signs within their functional context. This creates a comprehensive picture of your individual situation.
Individual Treatment Concept
Based on a comprehensive assessment, we develop a tailored treatment approach. We combine sound findings in anatomy and biomechanics with an attentive focus on your personal needs and physical balance.
Individual Osteopathic Treatment
With selected, gentle, and targeted techniques, we accompany you on your path to greater mobility, physical well-being, and inner balance – with time, tranquility, and a high standard for personal and trusting treatment.
Therapy Spectrum
An overview of the most important components of this therapy
From osteopathy and myofascial release to acupuncture and bioadaptive impulse therapy – we offer individually tailored treatment options for a wide range of complaints and needs.
OsteopathyUnderstand the body as a whole and provide targeted support.
Osteopathy is a systemically oriented form of manual medicine. It considers the interplay of bones, muscles, organs, and tissues. Through targeted manual techniques, tensions, blockages, and movement restrictions are treated to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support the body's self-regulation processes.
Osteopathy can be used for back pain, headaches, tension, and functional complaints, among other conditions. It can be applied independently or as a complement to other therapeutic measures.
Craniosacral TherapyGentle impulses for greater calm, relaxation, and physical balance.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and holistic treatment method. It focuses particularly on the skull (cranium), the sacrum, and the structures in between.
Through empathetic touch and gentle manual techniques, tensions are treated, and the body's natural self-regulation processes are supported. The treatment is often perceived as relaxing and calming and can be used for headaches, stress-related tension, sleep problems, and general physical tension, among other conditions.
Bioadaptive Impulse TherapyModern technology that individually adapts to the body.
Bioadaptive Impulse Therapy is a SMART technology that engages in a kind of 'dialogue' with the body through biofeedback-controlled impulses. Regular measurements of skin and tissue resistance allow for individual modulation of impulse sequences and adaptation to the respective tissue condition.
This aims to support the body's own adaptation and regulation mechanisms via the autonomic nervous system.
In pain and functional therapy, this method is a valuable addition for me. In combination with my expertise and manual treatment methods, I can tailor the therapy individually to the specific symptom profile.
ReflexologyHolistically engage the body through targeted stimuli.
Reflexology is a treatment method in which specific points and zones on the feet, hands, or ears are specifically stimulated. These reflex zones are traditionally associated with various organs and body areas.
This targeted treatment can promote relaxation and well-being and support body awareness. Reflexology views the body as a whole and can be used as a complementary method to other treatments.
The treatment is individually tailored to your specific needs and complaints.
Integrative Fascia TherapyMobilizing fascia and specifically releasing tensions.
Integrative Fascia Therapy focuses on fascial tissue – connective tissue structures that surround and connect muscles, organs, and other body structures.
Stress, injuries, poor posture, or one-sided strain can contribute to tension and movement restrictions. Through manual techniques, stretches, movement exercises, and proprioceptive stimuli, the mobility and suppleness of the tissue are promoted.
The treatment can be used for back pain, tension, after sports activities, and for chronic complaints, among other conditions.
AcupunctureApplying targeted stimuli and supporting natural regulation processes.
Acupuncture is a traditional treatment method of Chinese Medicine. Very fine needles are inserted at selected points on the body. The selection of acupuncture points depends on the individual symptom profile and the respective treatment goal.
Acupuncture can be used particularly for pain, tension, headaches, and various functional complaints and is often perceived as relaxing and beneficial.
After an individual anamnesis and diagnosis, it is decided whether acupuncture treatment is appropriate.
Pulsating Cupping TherapyGentle impulses for tissue, circulation, and mobility.
In pulsating cupping therapy, special cupping cups are placed on specific body regions. They create a pulsating negative pressure that gently stimulates and moves the tissue.
The treatment can stimulate local circulation, influence tissue tensions, and support mobility. It is used particularly for muscle tension, pain, and musculoskeletal complaints and can be combined with other treatment methods.
